New York has a big opportunity on November 4th to vote in the first women’s agenda political party. If you, me and 50,000 other New Yorkers cast their vote on the WEP line on Election Day, we will have formed the first ever Women’s Equality Party in the nation, and taken a step towards a future where the rights of women are no longer up for debate.
It’s a way to ensure that we elect only candidates who support the issues that matter most to us. It’s a real chance to make history, and codify in votes and laws that women deserve to be treated equally.
Please be our guest for this exclusive event to learn about the Women’s Equality Party, meet supporters of the party, and network.
Speakers for the night will include: Leslie Bennetts and Christine Quinn
Thank you to our host committee: Morra Aarons-Mele, Dawn Barber, Leslie Bennetts, Nicholas Charles, Sloane Davidson, Margit Detweiler, Stephanie Gent, Jehmu Green, Susan McPherson, Reshma Saujani, Jen Vento, Christine Quinn, and to Tai Ping for sharing their wonderful space for this event.
Light food and drinks will be served.
